Monty is an award winning, SAG eligible actor with credits in film, commercial, and theatre. He has worked on sets like Netflix's The Chair (starring Sandra Oh and Holland Taylor) and with brands like Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shop N' Save, Ohio Lottery, Hoosier Lottery, and Cinnabon.

 

From a young age, he has had a rich experience with the world that has fueled his art. Monty was born in the Philippines and has lived from countries as vast as Nigeria and Australia to towns as small as Grangeville, Idaho.

He started with community theatres in his cozy town of Delaware, OH where he would walk an hour just to get to rehearsals. That same commitment to his work still thrives as he moved on to professional projects. 

​

He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2020 where he adopted his passion for learning. He is an avid reader who tries to hit 100 books a year. He is a runner who has completed long distance races as far as a half marathon. He speaks three languages (English, Spanish, Tagalog) and is learning a fourth (Chinese). He has also attained a purple belt in Matsumura Shorin Ryu Karate and now takes classes in the Shotokan style.
